Bill Wenmark
Bill Wenmark was a high school hockey star from Anoka, Minnesota. After completing extensive technical medical training in the United States Navy, he was transferred to the United States Marine Corps for a tour of duty in Vietnam from 1969-70 as a decorated Combat Corpsman. Bill returned from Vietnam to work in the medical field.

- Founder and Race Director of the Edmund Fitzgerald 100K Road Race
- Featured on radio, television, newspaper, and magazines promoting healthy lifestyles, motivation, public education, and health care, and speaking to audiences regarding lifestyles and motivation
- Has run 95 marathons, with a best time of 2:49:39
- Has finished two Ironman Triathlons
- Has run the Leadville Trail 100 seven times, one finish best time of 28 hours 34 minutes
- Has finished the Leadville 100-mile Mountain Bike 12 times
- 2006 Gold Medalist and 2007 Silver Medalist in Mountain Biking at the World Senor Games
